This salmon tartare is both easy and delicious on the summer table when you have guests. It doesn't take long to make, and everything can be prepared a couple of hours in advance. Use the best quality salmon and freeze it before use to avoid parasites. Enjoy the salmon tartare with good bread if you like.

Ingredients

400 g
salmon
2
shallots
2
organic limes
1 tbsp
olive oil
200 g
creme fraiche 38%
Fresh herbs and edible flowers for garnish, such as thyme and chive flowers
Salt and pepper
Avoid screen shutting off

Instructions

Step 1/6
Remove the skin from the salmon and discard it. Now cut the salmon meat into fine cubes.
Step 2/6
Peel and finely chop the shallots. Finely zest the limes.
Step 3/6
Mix the shallots and salmon together, add the olive oil, and season with lime zest, salt and pepper.
Step 4/6
Whip the creme fraiche and season it with lime juice, salt and pepper.
Step 5/6
Distribute the creme fraiche in the bottom of small bowls, then add the salmon tartare on top in an even layer.
Step 6/6
Garnish with herbs and edible flowers.
