Delivery
We offer free delivery on orders above 999 kr. in the EU.
The cost of delivery for orders under 999 kr. and/or outside of the EU will be calculated at checkout.
When your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to track your order.
For larger orders, you may find that it is shipped in several packages. In that case, you will receive an email for each package with tracking information. Please make sure to pick up all packages if they are to be picked up at a parcel shop.
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the carrier to register the shipment in their system.
Payment
We offer the following payment methods:
- VISA (all types of VISA debit/credit cards)
- MasterCard (all types of MasterCard debit/credit cards)
- Klarna
- Paypal
- ShopPay
Exchange & Returns
If you believe that your product has a manufacturing defect or wish to file a complaint about a product, you can file a claim here: Gastrotools claim.
You will then be informed about any further steps regarding your complaint. The warranty for complaints is valid for 2 years.
You have a 30-day return policy. If this period is exceeded, we cannot offer a refund.
We do not accept returns if the products:
- Do not appear as new
- Smell or appear dirty
- Have been exposed to smoke
- Are not properly packaged in the original packaging
We do not accept returns for products that have not been registered for return. Read further down to find out how to return items.
We offer free returns within the EU.
For returns from outside the EU, please contact our support for pricing and help. Our support can be contacted on info@gastrotools.dk
To return an order, you need to find the order number and the e-mail used for the order.
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the item and place a new one.
You may cancel your purchase without giving a reason within 30 days. If you have purchased multiple items in a single order, you may choose to cancel some or all of them. We do not refund delivery costs in the event of a partial cancellation.
The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day on which you, or another person you have chosen to receive the goods (but not the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.
If you have ordered several items in a single order and we are unable to deliver them all at the same time, the cancellation period begins from the date on which you take physical possession of the last item.
If you have ordered several items or batches, the cancellation period begins when you take physical possession of the last item or batch.
If the deadline falls on a public holiday, a Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, it is extended to the following working day.
