green asparagus
1
small organic lemon
10 g
parmesan
Olive oil
Salt and pepper

Instructions

Step 1/4
Trim asparagus, and peel the stems if desired.
Step 2/4
Finely grate the lemon zest and parmesan.
Step 3/4
Fry asparagus in olive oil until they take on color, and season with salt and pepper.
Step 4/4
To serve, top with the grated lemon zest and Parmesan.
