Create Professional Results in Your Own Kitchen

We asked Denmark's best chefs what the ultimate range of pots and pans should look like, and here it is. Featuring professional details such as a pouring rim, CoolGrip handle, and materials used in the world's finest restaurants. With its generous size and high sides, the sauté pan is indispensable in any kitchen – perfect for making pasta dishes, frying, and crafting delicious pan sauces.

With 5-ply construction, you get an indestructible sauté pan that lasts a lifetime, along with all the benefits of stainless steel: low maintenance, suitable for all types of cooking, and free from PFAS and other harmful coatings that wear off over time and end up in your food.

The sauté pan provides exceptionally even heat distribution thanks to its five-layer construction, compared to the three layers typically found in stainless steel cookware. This prevents hotspots at the bottom of your sauté pan, which can lead to burnt food, uneven cooking, and separated sauces.

You’ll experience precise heat control thanks to its aluminium core, which offers excellent heat conduction, allowing you to quickly increase or decrease the temperature of the pan. Unlike cookware with an attached sandwich base, you’ll find that the heat naturally spreads up the sides of the sauté pan, as the entire pan is made of 5-ply – ideal for risottos and braising.

The series is handcrafted in Italy by our partners Franco, Mario, and Eliano, who meticulously produce each product in their family workshop with over 130 years of expertise. It’s Danish design, Italian craftsmanship, and your guarantee of top-shelf quality.

‘In the restaurant kitchen, it's up to standard’

These are the words of Brian Mark, head chef at Søllerød Kro, which has had a star in the Michelin Guide since 2007. In 2023, Brian Mark won the world's most prestigious cookery competition, ‘Bocuse d'Or’, also known as the unofficial world championship in the field.
