Our casserole is produced by a French company that has been creating top-quality cast iron products since the 1920s. Here, each casserole is cast in an individual sand mould made from up to 80% recycled materials. The enameling is done by hand by experienced experts to ensure that the surface is as strong as possible. It is in the quality of the enamel that the difference between cast iron casseroles is most evident — not tomorrow, but many years from now, when the casserole still delivers perfect results, time after time.

The craftsmanship is French, but the design is Danish and minimalist. The tight-fitting lid has condensation grooves and an ergonomic stainless steel handle that is easy to handle, even with oven gloves, when removing a piping hot stock pot from the oven.
